Hello, My Name Is...

Ms. Fairclough

I have been working at E.W. Oliver Elementary School for the past seven years. I graduated from Mercer University with a dual degree in education. (Early Childhood Education/Special Education.)  In addition, this will be my seventeenth year working in Clayton County. During that time, I have held positions as a fifth-grade paraprofessional, kindergarten paraprofessional, kindergarten, first-grade, and second-grade teacher; I have also worked as a remediation teacher for both third and fifth grade. Prior to moving to Georgia, I gained additional educational experience as a teacher at a Parochial School in New York. I believe that a successful school year depends greatly on the partnership between the parents, teacher, and student. The student being the focal point of this educational triangle it is after all their educational journey. I am looking forward to working with your child this year and helping him/her achieve his/her full potential.
